Federation of EarthEdit
The Federation of Earth is the governing body of all the united nations on the humans' homeworld, Earth. Its members include 194 of the 197 current nations on Earth. The Federation was established, in 2991, shortly after the discovery of the United Galactic Races, so humans could trade and communicate easier with them. There are four representatives from the five leading nations of the Federation of Earth: United States, United Kingdom, New Republic of China, Russian Federation, and the State of Japan. The representatives of each nation are chosen through an electoral college. The Federation of Earth is currently a member of the United Galactic Races.
